Handcrafted to honor our ancestors, open channels to the spirit world + to guide our divinations.

ᚨ: Each candle carries the 'Anzus' ᚨ rune made out of Hawthorn wood - the sacred tree of the Otherworld - collected in a forest in Germany 🌲❤️🌳.
Anzus ᚨ is the symbol of our ancestors, spiritual communication + divine messages. It is also highly associated with Odin.

The candles are dressed in
● marigolds: the flower that guides the spirits of deceased loved ones back to the living world (especially in Mexican culture)
● frankincense: as a bridge to the spirit world
● + spruce resin: for connection to ancestral wisdom

I collected the resin in German forests as well and it smells really foresty + earthy✨️✨️✨️🌲

Each candle carries two snapdragon skulls 💀 in folklore they've been associated with the macabre and protective powers for centuries.

Black: carries a selenite crystal + red wax drip: for clear spiritual connection and protection

Dark red: carries a tourmaline crystal + black wax drip: for grounding, shielding + ancestral guidance
